Our office provides services to clients in the field of sports law, which is one of the developing fields in our country. In this field, legal support is provided to the relevant parties on compliance with the legislation within the scope of the Law on Sports Clubs and Sports Federations, the Law on Prevention of Violence and Irregularity in Sports, the Law on the Establishment and Duties of the Turkish Football Federation, FIFA and UEFA decisions and practices and the secondary legislation related to them.

In this context, our office provides consultancy services to clubs, players, player representatives, franchisees, broadcasters, managers, advertisers, rights holders, studios, sponsors, investors, banks, companies and individuals.

Our Firm also provides representation and consultancy services before the relevant federations, administrative and judicial authorities and the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in all kinds of disputes, receivables, disciplinary practices, judicial and administrative fines, disqualifications, bans and imprisonment penalties and similar matters arising between the parties involved in sports and related sectors. Our Office also closely follows the innovations and current needs in the emerging e-sports industry.
