Since 2016, when the Law on the Protection of Personal Data entered into legislation, our office has been closely following this field and has been working in the field of GDPR. Our Office provides effective legal consultancy services to its clients on compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary legislation. Our firm prepares personal data protection compliance projects for its clients in line with their specific requirements. Within the scope of such compliance projects, our team provides a wide range of services such as establishing a functional and sustainable personal data protection management system in line with the client’s organizational structure, providing awareness training to the client on personal data protection, preparing all documents, policies and procedures required by the relevant legislation, and reviewing the contracts to which the client is a party in terms of compliance with personal data protection legislation.

Our office also supports its clients in fulfilling their obligations to be registered in the Data Controllers’ Registry as Data Controllers, answers all kinds of questions in this field and provides practical solutions to all kinds of problems encountered in the field of personal data.
